       Option 1
       Business or company sponsored membership annual billing(1 time)
                            $150.00- dues;
                              $65.00-Mandatory attendance of Honors night &
                                         Installation;
                            $264.00-24 Meals (12 meals per half years)
                            $479.00 Annually

         Option 2
        Self supporting active membership - quarterly billing
                            $53.75 -               dues & mandatory attendance)
                                                      (1/4 of $215.00)
                          $132.00 -                12 Meals (unused meals from first
                                                       quarter shall be
                         $185.75 quarterly    carried over to second quarter.
                            $53.75 2nd Qtr
                            $53.75 3rd Qtr
                           $132.00 3rd Qtr        Additional 12 meals for a total of
                            $53.75 4th Qtr         24 meals for the year
                          $479.00  (annually)  Active Members must attend 1/2
                                                         of scheduled meetings per year.
                          $347.00 (annually)   *Senior membership with out a request
                                                          for exemption may use this option with
                                                          1 payment of full dues & mandatory 
                                                          attendance ($215.00) plus 12 meals
                                                          only ($132.00)
                                                          or option 2 1st quarter with meals and
                                                          2nd,3rd,& 4th without the additional 12 meals.

         Option 3
         Any member with extenuating circumstance as to mandatory & meals
         attendance shall request same in writing to the board of director
         requesting exemption.Each request shall be decided on its merits.
         Dues at $150.00 shall be paid in a manner acceptable to the Treasurer with
         Board of Directors approval.
